Cancellation Policy

We understand your travel plans change. That is why we have made our cancellation process simple and easy. Please cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to your pickup date for a full refund of total fare. Please cancel by calling 1-877-666-0004.

Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours from the date and time of your scheduled pickup will not be refunded.

NO SHOWS: Unfortunately, if canceled with less than 4 hours prior notice to your scheduled pickup time, we will charge you the full amount of the quoted price.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or to cease providing the service to you at any time for any reason. We may report to law enforcement authorities any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity. We will not be liable to you or anyone for termination of the service or any claims relating to the termination of the service.

If you object to this User Agreement or any change to it or become dissatisfied with the service in any way, your sole remedy and recourse is to immediately stop using the service. Your continued use of the service is your acceptance of this User Agreement and any and all subsequent changes to it.
